Systematize your first impression
Turn your Instagram profile into a front door for strangers.
Your referrals know how good you are. Strangers have no idea. If you’re a founder or run a service business whose best clients come through word of mouth, you might be a few intentional videos away from strangers reaching out too.
You’ve done the work. You just don’t like bragging about it, so your content leaves you out of it. But a stranger can’t tell humble from invisible. Before anyone reaches out, they quietly answer four questions about you.

Why attention doesn’t equal trust, and why going viral might be a waste
What you might be doing right now
Most people post because they feel like they have to.
So they post whatever’s convenient, and content becomes an afterthought. If you’re too busy doing great work to think about content, it usually ends up as one of two problems.
The Guru
You post the finished product: a nice vacation, a remodeled room, a gorgeous event. It proves you know your stuff, but it feels unrelatable to the people who need your help most.
The Spammer
Every post asks for something: DM me, link in bio, book a call. You keep making withdrawals without ever making a deposit in the trust bank.
The fix
Before you keep posting the same kind of content over and over, give people a reason to stick around your page and learn more. A few videos, each with a specific purpose, pinned at the top of your profile, so anyone who comes through has a chance to see them.
A systematized first impression.
Three videos pinned to your profile, plus a link in your bio to get started. A first impression, a next step, and proof it works, so every stranger gets all four pillars, no matter how they found you.

What strangers see on your profile
Pinned 01 · Connection
Brand Story video
A systematized first impression: who you are, who you help, why you’re different, and why they should care.
Pinned 02 · Value
Process video
Shows there’s a plan, what working with you looks like step by step, and invites them to take the first step down that path.
Pinned 03 · Proof
Testimonial video
People who took that step and are glad they did, saying what you can’t say about yourself.
In bio · Invitation
Link in bio
One clear next step, so the people who are ready know exactly where to go.
This is the playbook I recommend, and you can do it yourself. If you’d like help, book a call and we’ll make a plan for your profile.

Let’s make your First Impression Game Plan.
Based on your self-assessment and a look at your Instagram, we’ll make a game plan for your profile: the one video to make first, how to make it yourself, and what comes after.
If it looks like a good fit, we can talk about what working together would look like. I take on 1–2 new projects a month.
